“Casa immersa in una zona tranquilla e molto bella. Bellissimo il patio dove abbiamo sempre gustato le nostre cene attorniati dal verde e dal rumore della natura. La casa é molto carina e siamo stati benissimo.”

“Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. “ Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! “Maison très confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée. Vu sur les collines avoisinantes sans vis à vis depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L accueil par Fabiana a été très chaleureux et pleins de conseils. Le fait d avoir 5 salle de bain pour 6 chambres avec chacune des toilettes est Top ! ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served……
