“Great hotel Safe spacious clean and nice breakfast ”

“El estilo novo hispano de la propiedad y su conservación hace que el lugar sea hermoso, la calidad del personal del hotel y restaurante es excelente, la comodidad de la cama y lo espaciosa en la habitación es perfecta. El desayuno es muy rico, el personal está al pendiente todo el tiempo, y hay servicio de té las 24 horas, muy útil para el frío y mal de altura.”

“Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great……

“I stay for one night, had to leave very early for flight back. They packed a breakfast bag ready at 4:30am! I stayed three hotels during my time in Peru, this was the only hotel I felt comfortable. The temperature in the room was warm! Every else were cold and uncomfortable. Great place to stay. ”

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “It is in the San Blas area so there is a walk uphill to the hotel. Streets and sidewalks are narrow which is why the neighborhood is unique which also means that you will need to go meet any tour vans. In our case someone always came to the hotel and walked us to the meeting points. Taxis and Ubers went right to the hotel. Just a 10-minute or so walk to the main plaza. Plenty of small fun restaurants in the area. If you need laundry done, then do it through the hotel it was cheap. They……

“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”
