"Facility was super clean and well-maintained. Room was spacious and well supplied. One of the best LaQuinta’s we’ve ever stayed in. Quite a contrast to the one in Westminster, CO, which was the complete opposite. We will NEVER stay in that one again!"

Needs to be cleaned, construction finished, wifi and electric wiring fixed, heat and AC!, cameras!
"I was asked to check in late...Concrete pad for parking has rebar sticking out. Not clean, bedding missing, dirty, dangerous, LOTS of rat poison out, bad wiring and wifi, no AC, 3 space heaters are the heat, dishes and pots dirty, parts missing/broken on refrigerator and microwave. Nails sticking ..."
