The area was quiet, the complex was gated, and the amenities were excellent. The washer for us was a definite plus! “The home was very well renovated, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for a little over a week and were very glad to be in a house rather than a hotel. The owner/host was very accommodating and friendly.”

“This house was close about 2 miles to the RiverFront Park and close to the Zoo. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The flood lights in the back was nice when returning at night but it does light up the back bedroom. The AC was felt good when we returned from dragon boating or walking the dog. Kitchen was supplied with lots of Kcups for us coffee addicts. The owner responds very quickly to issues and questions.”

“Nice property overall, and fantastic historic neighborhood! Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! It is really just a bedroom and bathroom, though the kitchenette was very handy and well equipped.Back yard could definitely use some owner TLC. Stuff was strewn all about and it is NOT completely fenced - fence is down in the back of the property. I guess the main……
