The cottage is perfectly located in from of the lake, from the room balcony, I can easily see the wild animals around. Room is perfectly furnished and clean.
I wish I could have a chance to try the fine dining but it was fully occupied by Group tour. I would suggest the hotel reserve certain tables for other hotel guests.
The only thing that I feel disappointed is about the check in experience at reception. It took more than 20 minutes to identify my booking while I am the only client to serve. Professional training to staff should be enhanced.
