“Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again. ”

“Good communication, great location, private and clean. We never left the island! Enjoyed using the bikes and private beach access. Close to all restaurants but in a residential like setting. Would highly recommend this cute cottage. Would definitely return.”

“We have been visiting EBTC for years. This is far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. The view is great from the 11th floor. The unit is fully equipped from the kitchen to the beach. The owners are super responsive. The south end is coming back slowly but surely. Already booked for 2026!”

“Condo has been nicely updated. However only on space per condo for parking and they are not marked. We came home early New Years Eve and all spots were taken. Luckily we knew others on island and could park at their house and walk but was definitely an inconvenience. Their are 4 condors and room for 5 cars- all were taken ”

“My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. ”
