“Our stay at Arureva was awesome! We appreciate all the efforts taken by Pranav Tyagi and family to give us a comfortable homely experience. Although he had made meticulous arrangements for our needs, he further satisfied our additional specific requests with a pleasing countenance. “Cozy Cove is in a great location - just a few minutes drive to any place you will want to see in Pondicherry - shopping at local shops, supermarket and fruit market, beaches, and the ashram. Not too far from the airport either. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning makes the whole place cool and comfortable. Appliances and items provided make it a comfortable place for the family! ”

“After looking at the other CGH property, we had lot of expectation. But it was completely disappointment. The area outside the property entrance has exposed driange canals. The gutter smell, mosquitoes really made us ponder why we chose this over the over. The property was well maintained. Inside Stay was comfort. But the breakfast really disappointed. We shelled out 1K per person and were expecting a lavish break fast. The prior day, they asked us what we all want. We gave list of 3 items……

“The property is fake. There is no building like this at the location. The owner does not exist. The phone number is invalid. People in the locality do not know the place. The Google maps and VRBO locations are different and guess what the property does not exist at either locations. Don't fall for it. I wasted a lot of money. VRBO does not pickup your call too. Nothing can be done once you book it as it does not exist”

“The room I booked through Hotels.com was unavailable, and Vasavi Residenzy informed us that they had no association with the booking. They asked us to pay ₹4,000 for one night if we still needed the room.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. A very special thank you to Subari our room……
