“This cottage was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a luxury retreat. The location was ideal, close to the ballparks, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood.The amenities were top-notch — a fully stocked kitchen, soft linens, fast Wi-Fi, laundry supplies, and thoughtful extras throughout. “Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

“We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”
