Pleased to use a functional a microwave oven. Luggage stands appreciated as was a comfortable bedroom chair at a dressing table with a good mirror, functional aircon, good lighting, internet,and the launch service. The owner, Edna, is friendly and helpful.For a price, she drove me to the supermarket and……

“We arrived at the Rivernest Boutique Cottages, and were told that they had been overbooked (though we had booked online several months prior) and that we were to be moved. We were sent to a different hotel a few minutes drive away, and given a room. The hotel we were re-booked at was cheaper than Rivernest, and we did not receive a credit or a refund of any kind. We had heard good things about this place, but unfortunately got to experience none of them. Good luck!”

“They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. Canceled the reservation without notice and kept the money!!! Expedia said they couldn’t drop the hotel out of their system unless……
