“We had a group of 10 and greatly enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for everyone, it was a friendly and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and exploring other local towns. We would definitely recommend and come back in a heartbeat!”

“Just what we needed! An outstanding experience. The house and pool were immaculate. Such a comfortable and well appointed home away from home. The views are just wonderful. Excellent communication and easy checkin. We enjoyed looking for shells and sea glass on the beach. Bring water shoes, the beach is rocky. So relaxing to enjoy the sunrise from the hammocks. Kitchen has everything you need. We can’t say enough good things about this place. Would love to come back! ”

“This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean.”

“Upon arrival the communication with the person in chrg of property was late in providing me with the code to get into house. Though it was 15 mins, it was time to upset my little children. The property was clean, everything worked but there was a leak in the living room and master bedroom. The property manager did get back to me right away, it was a holiday. andmbedroom. “Very clean and cozy. A great place to stay in Patillas and enjoy the beach and natural reserve in walking distance. Loved all the things available around without the need of using the car. Communication with host was great!”

“The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else. “The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star.”

“Our House very near the beach in Punta Santiago on the eastern shore of Puerto Rico was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent making for a comfortable stay for myself and 4 friends. All the amenities listed were first rate as was the location. We were close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico with the El Yunque Rain Forest and beaches below in Luqueno about a 40-minute drive away.
