“This location was absolutely great. Close to all restaurant's in winteville and shopping( 7 brew down the street) and Circle K across the street out of the neighborhood. Also, not far from downtown Greenville. House was a perfect size and very very clean. The deck and backyard was private and nice furniture to sit on while enjoying the outside. I enjoyed it so much and will be booking again in the future. The owner was also very responsive when I asked questions. This property was A. ”

“The property is on a highway but set back from the road and all the bedrooms face the backyard. If you have a young escape artist in your family this might not be for you, but there were lots of fun activites for children to teens and adults. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, which was perfect for us. The house is well stocked for cooking and eating. It was clean and felt welcoming.”

“My son, daughter and I toured East Carolina University. Mark made are stay very easy. The condo was extremely clean and convenient to restaurants, stores and the University. Mark was extremely responsive to my questions and made check in and out easy. If the beds were a little softer I would have given 5 stars. Overall very nice condo! ”
