“We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. ”

“The food on the trip was amazing. We were able to stop and the purchase king prawns and fish and the staff fried it for us. The boat was clean and had been recently refurbished. “These houseboats are not the ones featured in the pictures. It was a different company from the advertised Northstar, it is rather Coco houseboats. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen. We complained and were given a second larger boat with marginally better seating, however on inspection of the bedrooms we were appalled by the state of the bedroom. “I absolutely loved the stay. The location is stunning, the property is right in front of the backwaters, the verandah is spacious and one can sit and just spent the evening staring at the backwaters.
