“Preperty manager: I appreciated the proactiveness of the property manager; his readiness to go that extract mile to make our stay comfortable. I felt that I got the best value for my money in terms of safety, hygiene and comfort. Thank you, Arnold!”

“I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. ”

“First, when I left on my flight to Entebbe, I got a notice that the place I rented wasn't available and the other people couldn't go. “The host was very nice. Always checking to see that all is well with me. Linens and towels were change frequently. Lots of channels available free on the cable. also, I felt very secure staying here. This place is a wonderful place to stay and feel at home, and the cost is quite reasonable.”
