“For the price, we received good value. However, we returned from one long day to find we'd been randomly locked out of our room. We had urgent need of a bathroom, but received no sympathy. Somebody please tell them they're in the Hospitality business.”

“Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?”
