The condo is located in a safe neighborhood just minutes from UGA. It features beautiful, modern and tasteful decor - complete with a welcome basket of goodies to start you off. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beds were super comfortable, and towels and linens were provided, as was a washer and dryer.……

It is spotlessly clean in every space and has so many thoughtful touches: laundry baskets in each bedroom, plenty of supplies, great quality paper goods, charging ports at each bedside. The house is an half mile, all-residential walk to a wonderful locally owned bakery, restaurants, coffee, grocery, and ice cream shop. And only a quarter mile from an enormous park……

“The property is very unique and has everything you would ever need for a stay in Athen plus some. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and all of the information about the area. We were here to move out son into UGA and it is very conveniently located to the campus and stadium. House has lots of cool games including arcade games, shuffleboard, foosball and would be a great place to stay with friends on a game day. We didn't have time to enjoy this property to……
