“The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me.……

“We stayed here to celebrate a student’s big academic achievement, and let’s just say the celebration got a little wild—school spirit was in full effect! Despite the energy, the owners were incredibly understanding and professional. The property was spotless, well-kept, and you could tell they really care about maintaining a clean and safe space. Check-in was easy, and everything was just as described. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, respectful……

“We were competing at the horse park and this location is perfect. The house is large and clean and, if the weather had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the pool. The hosr is easy to communicate with. Im sure we'll stay there again. and ”

“The house was just as described. It had plenty of items, bed items, towels, kitchen supplies, needed for our family over Thanksgiving. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Would stay there again.”

“Luckily due to circumpstance we were able to stay with family in the area, so we did not stay at the rental. We were only there for about 30 minutes total. The inside was clean, but overall appeared only suitable as an adequate place to sleep. It was not as represented on VRBO. We could not locate a TV in any room and the living sofa/bed was not present. No towels and no curtains in one the bedrooms. The exterior was in a distressed condition. Badly in need of repair and paint. Overflowing……

“Everything in the cabinets was new with stickers and tags (impossible to remove stickers). No glasses. No mixing bowls, no bakeware/cookware (9×13pan for example). No large skillet. No toaster. One toilet was dirty upon arrival, the other leaks. Place was quiet. Neighborhood was iffy, i didn't feel safe walking my dog more than a block in either direction. No fenced in yard for pets. Nicely decorated and peaceful. Mostly clean. No vacuum to use :( Pet fee is absolutely outrageous!!!! Would stay……

“Just as pictured with everything you need! Lots of space inside, and our kids enjoyed having their own rooms. Nice neighborhood surrounding Fort Bragg and minutes from many shops. We came to visit nearby family. Our second time staying with this attentive owner (just a new location). Highly recommended!”
