“We stayed here to celebrate a student’s big academic achievement, and let’s just say the celebration got a little wild—school spirit was in full effect! Despite the energy, the owners were incredibly understanding and professional. The property was spotless, well-kept, and you could tell they really care about maintaining a clean and safe space. “From the time I walked in I notified problems. The lights flicked on and off. The bathroom sink had black mold on the side. One of the couches was very nasty and dingy. The other couch was so old and covered in pet hair. The front door has a gap under it which allowed small bugs to come inside. All the furniture was old and needs to be updated. “The keyless process was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes for the key. The woman who brought the key had instructions to stay in the house with us. I was shocked since I rented the entire house for my family. The woman sat in the kitchen as if she were part of the stay and the family. The house was not 100 percent clean and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work. The experience was very unpleasant since we couldn't attend the graduation due to the key delay and the……

“Where military family that was moving to the area and awaiting housing on Fort liberty. This house was great and centrally located and had a fenced in backyard for our dog to run around in until we got into our final home. Highly recommend this property.”
