“The housekeeping people were friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean. When the housekeepers, I think her name was Christy, knocked on the door and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I was going to be leaving in about half an hour if she wanted to take care of the room, even though there was nothing much to do in there. “The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.”
