“My friends and I have been coming to Dutch Jon for three years in a row now. Once I introduced them to this place they all fell in love. We look forward to coming every year, by far this accommodated all of us we had so much room. Kitchen was beautiful. Can’t wait to be back again. ”

“Overall was great the kids I joyed the games and the animals that were by the property”

“Excellent communications with the host, super clean and accomodating for all of us. Extremely comfortable, kitchen fully equiped for cooking along with outside grill making evenings enjoyable after a day out on the river. Beds were great, AC appreciated; overall a great place to stay the week in Dutch John.”

“#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask……

“The inside of the place was fine, the outside looks run down and there werw some brokwn windows. I tried multiple times to contact the owner and never got a response. ”

“This home reminded me of where I grew up. It was nice to have all 4 of us be all together. Home is beautiful and nostalgic. The townspeople are very friendly and we enjoyed the coffee shops and stores.”
