“We loved our stay at the Tenderfoot loft. Great location in the old Palace Hotel. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Stylish, too. We had a great time skiing Monarch. ”

“As we drove down the road we took notice of all the nearby cabins and none have the views this one does. Incredible views and we got the “frequent visitors” our last morning there. Place is clean and can get really toasty if you want it to with the fireplace and heating. Fire pit and hot tub were great for the winter weather while we were there. Definitely will stay again. ”

“We loved the house! It was the perfect location, great size and comfortable backyard/courtyard. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were so comfortable! We would stay in the house again the next time we ski Monarch or want to come and fish and ride mountain bikes! The kitchen had everything we needed!”

“We had a great time staying in Salida, CA. There was an overbooking issue for the first night of our stay at this VRBO, but the management company made up for it by comping us a night and finding another lovely home for us to use on our first night. We definitely would rather have been able to settle right in and not move again, but things happen, and they made it as smooth as possible. They even let us leave our dog with the cleaning crew before we could officially check in so that we wouldn't……

“Very well maintained and clean cabin, and our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, the hot tub, and the privacy of the cabin. Outside of the master bedroom is a stream you can hear at night while sleeping. We had everything we needed and our kids are already asking to stay there again for future ski trips to Monarch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!”
