Apartment with terrace near the promenade

One bedroom apartment, very central. Large terrace with table, chairs, lawn, barbecue. Located 100 meters from the beach and the promenade of Puerto de Mazarrón. 2 minutes on foot. The apartment is bright and has all the new furniture, recently installed. Air conditioning in the living room, located in front of the room. It has WIFI.

The apartment has all the necessary accessories both in kitchen (crockery, pans, pots, saucepans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rags, cleaning products, etc), as in bathroom (towels, toilet paper, iron) and bedrooms (sheets, cords, cushions, lamps). It has dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine on the terrace under the sink.

In the dining room there is a large comfortable sofa with sliding seats up to one meter (two people could sleep comfortably).

Puerto de Mazarron

Logement petit mais bien agencé et pratique. Très suffisant pour deux. Excellentes relations avec la propriétaire. Situation géographique excellente. On est proche de la mer et de toutes sortes de commerce (alimentation, restaurants, vêtements, marchés, pharmacies, coiffeurs etc...). Pas besoin de véhicule sur place car tout peut se faire à pied. D'ailleurs nous avons opté pour un caddy. Nous avons passé deux très bons mois en février et mars. Rien à redire, je recommande cet endroit.

Short stay in Mazarron

Property was decorated to a good standard in a modern style. Wifi was good and TV had a good selection of Spanish programmes. The lounge had air conditioning which was needed. Stairs a bit of a hassle for my wife but we managed. Lovely terrace that was nicely stocked with furniture to eat at and to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, and microwave. The only problem we had was finding it. None of the doors are numbered in the block and there were 3 to choose from, we tried all three but no one was at home and we went to a local restaurant for some tapas and a drink while we made contact with the owner. We were sent a picture of the door but then we had to find the key which was located in a secure box next to the door but we didn't have the code and had to go back through the process again. The restaurant Angel which is just around the corner about 20 meters away is recommended. The property is within a 5 minute stroll to the marina and beach. Lots of restaurants on the sea front to choose from. There are some pretty bays along the coast either by car or walking. Car parking can be difficult and I imagine it will be worse in July and August.

Apartment is so convenient, so close to everything. Mamen was very nice and answered all our emails. The apartment has everything you need, there is no kettle, but there is a coffee machine. The shower is really good, and the outside space is great. My only negative is the bedroom it is very small and the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, but we were only there for a few days so we managed. But overall we enjoyed our stay

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Pequeño pero completísimo, tiene de todo (lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, micro, frigo, tostadora, etc. y todo tipo de vajilla, cubiertos y vasos). Todo prácticamente nuevo. El sofá de lo mejor que hemos tenido comparado con otros apartamentos que hemos utilizado. El baño suficiente. El salón/cocina agradable. Por poner una pega la habitación que es muy pequeña y la cama (de 1,50 y muy cómoda) ocupa prácticamente toda la estancia, salvo el armario empotrado que está muy bien y grande. Bomba de calor, lo que se agradece mucho en invierno. Y una terraza estupenda que seguro será magnifica para el verano (tiene barbacoa y muebles). En definitiva estupendo para una pareja pero no más porque solo dispone de dos asientos para comer (salvo que lo hagas en la terraza). La zona muy tranquila y a unos 5 minutos de la playa y paseo marítimo. En el entorno hay múltiples supermercados y tiendas. Ojo al aparcamiento que en verano puede ser algo problemático.
