Brand New Apartment in Cerritos, Mazatlan

This is a brand new apartment, built in 2023, listed for rent in December, features 2 bedroom (full double bed in each) + floor to ceiling closets custom made with the best wood in the area + 2 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine. Nice dinning area and comfortable couch next to the balcony so you can enjoy the view to the apartment’s BBQ and pool area. You can rent this apartment for winter season and is really close to Cerritos beach (half a mile). Cerritos is the new area in Mazatlán where you can enjoy a time for relaxing and comfort without the noise of the city.
