The property was enjoyable with a restaurant next door. We rented a studio that is owned by someone other than the property, but managed by Casa Barros. So, it was bare bones. Would have been nice to have paper towels, but more importantly, this studio needs a few lamps! Also, it would have been nice to have paperwork in English. The rooftop pool is fabulous at sunset! Great restaurants near by.

He estado en otros departamentos de estos segmentos y si cunetan con vajilla completa, cafetera, escurridor de vajilla, tabla para picar, exprimidor de limones, etc, etc. Pedí en la recepción un poco del jabón para lavar trastes y que no estaba integrado en el servicio, la verdad es que eso es como ni tantita flexibilidad por parte de la estancia. También la primer noche, pasé sin sabanas en el sofá cama y con mucho asco por que la colchoneta estaba exageradamente manchada de sangre, y otras manchas que mejor ni me imagino mas; lo voltee para no acostarme sobre esas manchas y mi sorpresa fué peór por que estaba muy manchada de hongo. La alberca estaba sucia. Tienen un edificio e instalaciones muy buenas pero la verdad no me sentí bien atendido, a excepsión de la recepsionista de la tarde que muy atenta pero también limitada por las políticas.

Great location! Can be loud depending on what is going on malecon. This is our second stay and we can get everywhere we want to go. My kids can walk around without us and feel safe. The pool is another bonus.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Mazatlán when is comes to location. Loved having a washer and dryer in my suite. The one draw back for some people, not myself, would be that it is on a busy street that can be noisy on weekends and holidays.

Solo tuve problema para comunicarme con el lugar al principio, pero todo lo demás excelente, el Depa es amplio, bonito, con todo lo básico, la alberca tiene una vista preciosa y agua caliente, a unas del malecón, tiendas cerca, el centro, me gustó mucho el lugar.

We rented a 3 bedroom appartment. It was a good size and seemed clean. Receptionist was kind but nealry impossible to run into her at the front desk. Even calling was tough. First night we arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked, fortunatly someone was outside that was able to help us contact them so we could get in. Honestly i think had these ladies not been there we would have had to spend the night elsewhere or in our car. When i booked the hotel it said it was family freindly but i dont think id recommend family with small children staying here. It got really loud at night from music and parties. We got up at 6am tho and went for a walk and basically had the whole town to ourselves which was nice. The beach was close by, it was a beautiful little town but i think if we ever go again well be staying somewhere quieter and somehere we can actually get in after 4pm!

This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was walking through alone each evening. Some people may not be as comfortable with it. It's something you should consider.
