“Communication before the trip from VRBO was good. Directions for finding the property were good. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The property is in very poor condition: Broken lock on screen door. Hole in the kitchen sink so that water leaks under sink if you used it. Bathroom fan has been covered with a ceiling light! Standing lamp in living room is an electrical hazard as you can touch the bulb socket. Rug in loft bedroom is filthy - full of hair and dirt. Pots and pans were dirty.……

“We needed a place for our family (14) coming into area from 3 different states to be together and attend a family reunion. Home was large enough with plenty of bathrooms and beds for everyone. Clean and well maintained. Views are amazing. plenty of linens and towels. Plan to rent again next year for reunion and stay a little longer to enjoy the lake and area more.”
