“J'ai passé un séjour mémorable dans cet hébergement. Tout était parfait, et je repars ravi ! La chambre était bien nettoyée, spacieuse et confortable. L'accueil était formidable, surtout la disponibilité et la gentillesse des personnels ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal ! “The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…”

“There is a serious sewage issue that causes the rooms to smell pretty bad. The smell is sometimes unbearable and should be addressed immediately. There also seem to be some issue with the AC not being turned on, especially in the gym. This hotel is top notch and should look into fixing those issues as soon as possible.”

“Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine……

“La seule perturbation que nous avons eue en occupant notre chambre a été la présence des moustiques. En quelques minutes mon épouse en a tué huit et il y'en avaient encore lorsque nous avons quitté momentanément la chambre. On nous avait proposé de nous reloger mais nous avons juste demandé qu'on pulvérise comme il nous avait été assi proposé. C'est ce qui a été fait la nuit s'est bien passée sans moustique”

“The area where the property is located, is very unsafe and dirty. The hotel itself didn't have a reception area and our trainer could not rise his concerns with anyone. There was not even security at the hotel. We will not book there again.”

“Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. Water and electricity didn’t always work, they ran the generator to compensate but it was quite loud. Wasn’t marked right on google maps, we had to call to find out the actual location. ”
