We drive to Texas from Wisconsin every year. This year we decided to go through Oklahoma instead of Arkansas. WE LOVED this hotel. We arrived after 18 hours of travel by car and literally, we all said WOAH! My husband has a disability with his leg so we always do accessibility rooms for the shower ease. This room was VERY spacious. 2 queen beds, a seating area, and nicely designed access to a sink, shower, and toilet. I also work in special education and so I wanted to make sure I pointed these things out for people who maybe in a wheelchair or also need a bit of extra assistance when not in their homes. **It is worth pointing out, we arrived in the middle of the night so it was harder for us to recognize. The hotel is directly behind the Walmart. Your GPS did not take you crazily to the middle of the parking lot.

The hotel seems clean but we walked in our room to see that there were no blankets on the bed just sheets. Had to ask for blankets. I have never been to a hotel where there is no bedspread or comforter. Also there is this strange little box in the upper corner of the room not sure what it is.

the front desk was helpful but seemed exhausted and not well. they were cleaning rooms at 11pm which seemed very odd. the facility was old, run down and I felt unsafe due to the building being behind a home depot and we had to drive through a rode to get there that had zero street lights. While I was driving back there, there was a homeless man walking on that unlit road...and as a single woman I felt unsafe to get out of my car once arriving at the hotel due to very little outdoor lighting and strange location. I would have not booked my stay at the facility if I had known all of this. A particial refund would be appreciated.

Exceptionally cold sleep

We needed a last minute stay on a road trip as we were too tired to continue driving. The price was great but that is about where the positives end. The hotel was hard to find. It is tucked behind a Lowe’s. The interior has damp musty smell. The air conditioner works exceptionally well which normally would be great except the beds only have a top sheet. Absolutely no blankets! Had to resort to using towels as blankets. I certainly hope this was just an oversight from the cleaning staff and not the norm.

We liked that it was a bit off the main highway so was very quiet. The daytime staff was responsive but the gal at the desk at night was definitely not enthused to do her job. We asked for another towel - 2 people in the room and only 1 towel - she said they were in the dryer and shed have one brought but she didn't.
