"Very nice hotel, all new and very clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. Two things - they will not service the room unless you ask. That went away in 2021. Second thing, a $3.50 service fee for each night was charged on the last night in the middle of the night. Was told it is a "new fee from ..."

"Our group had a great stay at Niman House. Nice quiet setting overlooking the river, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and on the decks. Would definitely book again."
