Terrible Experience – Poor Front Desk Service
I stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. Around 12:30 AM, a loud fight broke out on the top floor—crying, shouting, and banging noises that lasted for about an hour. It was unsettling and made it impossible to rest, especially since I had to drive the next morning.
I called the front desk, but they assured me nothing was wrong, even though I could hear the noise clearly from my room. I even recorded a video as proof. Their dismissive attitude made me feel both frustrated and unsafe. The next morning, I brought it up to the day shift staff, only to find out that the night shift had not even logged a report. The staff said they would check the cameras, but no real action was taken, and no compensation was offered.
I understand that disruptive guests are not entirely the hotel’s fault, but how the situation was handled was unacceptable. The night staff ignored a legitimate issue, and the hotel did nothing to make it right. If you’re looking for a place where management actually cares about guest comfort and safety, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
