Great Golf Vacation

The condo/townhouse is beautifully located next to the McCall Golf Course 4th tee box. If you’re not a golfer, that’s okay, there are beautiful trees that provide complete privacy. The condo itself is very quaint, perfect for two people. It had almost everything you need. This was my second year at this condo and I plan to book it next year as well!

Perfect snowy getaway

My fiancé and I had the most perfect getaway here. The space was perfect for the two of us, with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we may need to be comfortable. My favorite part was the beautiful view of the snowy backyard—we even had a deer visitor come right up to the window. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect Location for Golf Trip!!

Let's start with the good: well stocked, excellent location, great patio, nice bathroom! Only criticism would be the mattress was super soft (heads up to anyone with a bad back).

Great place - a new mattress brings it to 5 stars

So much potential. Loved the location, large bathroom and shower, basics in the kitchen were there, good parking. The bed was the downfall - the mattress needs replacing. When momma doesn't sleep, ain't nobody happy. Uncomfortable, but do-able for one person; next to impossible for two people to sleep comfortably due to sagging and softness. A new mattress brings the review to 5 stars.

Nice condo by the golf course.

This was a great end unit condo in the woods by the golf course. It was well furnished, comfortable, quiet and very clean. It was close to many activities, and restaurants. We enjoyed out stay here.

Vacasa Response Poor

When we arrived at the property, the smoke detector was emitting a high pitched chirp every 40 seconds. I called Vacasa to alert to the issue. An hour later I called back for a status update on when someone would be arriving to resolve and was told they were having difficulty connecting with the local property mgr. Around 9pm local time the property mgr called to tell me they didn't have anyone who could resolve that evening and asked that I close the bedroom door in order to sleep. It was a ridiculous response. Closing a door does not mute a high pitched sound like that and no one should be asked to endure that kind of disruptive noise during sleeping or waking hours but especially sleeping hours. I asked them to find us another accommodation for the evening. They told me that they didn't have anything and could not get us a hotel room. It was nearly 10pm when they told me they could not help. I found another location for my daughter and I to sleep that night and due to the lateness in the evening the room was double the amount we paid for this rental unit. Vacasa refunded one night due to the inconvenience and denied my request for refund the second night due to amount of money we had to spend in order to find other accommodations where we could sleep without the noisy disturbance. In good faith, I paid for this rental accommodation and did everything that was asked of me. Vacasa on the other hand did not fulfill their obligation for a pleasant experience.

Great location!

The size of the place was just right for my husband and I while celebrating our anniversary in McCall. We left our vehicle and got into town and Ponderosa State Park on our bikes. We saw quite a few deer right outside the door! The directions we received from Vacasa did not take into account that a large portion of Davis Rd. is closed for repair. Fortunately, we know McCall well enough to find our own way.

We loved this little place. We couldn’t figure out how to get local channels but that was not a big deal. The remote for the bedroom tv has corroded batteries.

Very Comfortable Stay

Condo was very nice & very comfortable. We had everything we needed except TP but fortunately we had an extra roll. Tee 4 was a lot closer than I thought....right off the back patio so a lot of golfers w/ carts driving by all day but it wasn't a problem at all and still quiet. A doe with 2 babies visited one evening which was a nice treat. The condo was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. Pretty daisies by the drive way. Great proximity to Ponderosa State Park & downtown McCall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, and well appointed lodging. Woodburning stove and supply of dry firewood was a great plus. Small-ish, but perfect for 2 people.

Great Place - some improvement needed.

The property was great, and we paid a high price for the property. However, the path to the door way was blocked with snow and very slippery ice, the kitchen sink leaked, and the toilet kept running. The dripping sink and running toilet kept us awake, while the slippery ice was scary to while trying to walk into the door. I contacted the property manager who said the sink and toilet would be fixed the next day, but the repairs were not made. We had to fix the toilet ourselves and deal with the sink. Not what I would expect from a company that refused to refund some of the admin fees when we shorted our stay from 3 nights down to 2 nights. Very disappointing and I will not be in a rush to use VRBO in the future.

Cozy Place for Couple

Loved the coziness, furniture comfortable. Golf course/winter walking right outside the door. Deer bedded down for short time just off patio. We recommend! Only thing that could be improved is the bakeware and cookware selection.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect cabin from the location to the wood burning stove to the furniture to the view of the tall pine trees to the deer wandering outside—all was wonderful and just the relaxing time we needed! We’ll be back.

A Nice Place to Stay

This property was in a great location. There were golfers at the 4th tee right out the living room, which didn't bother us at all. We did have an issue with water in the refrigerator. A maintenance person came out promptly but as we were checking out, there was still water in the refrigerator.
