“Lovely stay in the rural Juniata Valley countryside, just a few miles from the Juniata Winery. Almost a farm setting, with chickens and goats in back. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was absolutely wonderful. Note that you may hear the patter of little feet in the house above, but it is not intrusive; my wife and I found it charming. We slept blissfully. Full spacious kitchen, with fresh free-range eggs in the fridge.Highly recommended!”

“This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there……
