“What a lovely place for a getaway! Secluded, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck. ”

“Property was very nice. The weekend was rainy which cause the yard to turn into a bit of a swamp. The inside was beautiful and fit 5 of us very well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Hot tub was clean and the outdoor shower made washing hot tub chemicals and camp fire smoke out of hair very convenient. ”

“Of course, even though it was “MEMORIAL DAY” weekend… the official start of summer…temps hung in the low 50’s during the day & dipped into the 30’s at night. Rain did end after the first day but still unable to do much outside because of the windy, chilly conditions. We made the most of our time away though. Went to Mountain State Brewing - pizza incredible & my all time favorite HILLBILLY PUNCH made me happier - played trivia, played some fun board games, watched movies we’ve never seen, ate,……

“The house was very convenient & comfortable, and we enjoyed it as a base for our get-together. I only have some minor quibbles. For example, there was some conflicting information about firewood and towels in the info provided (both were provided at the house). Also, the area around the hot tub was a bit dirty but we just we just grabbed a broom and cleaned it up. Other than those very minor things, we very much enjoyed our stay.”

“The house was perfect for our stay with myself, my husband, our baby and toddler, and our dog. The location is a quick drive to most things, and super close to Deep Creek State Park where we did some hiking. The house was nothing fancy, but comfortable and met all of our needs. The communication with Vacasa, though, was subpar. There was a boat randomly parked at the dock starting on day 2 of our weeklong stay. After it was there for a full day I messaged asking if it was supposed to be there……
