“Great house for a family vacation, highly recommend ”

“I loved the fact where if u wanted say a store. U was driving for a far distance. Very thick wooded area u can go for walks n quite a bit rails of trails kind of parking area ”

“The property IS next to a trout stream, that was the only good point. The property is old, run down, dirty. Rodent droppings in the kitchen drawers and roaches. Outside there were ladders and tree limbs all over the yard between the cabin and picnic area. Over all its a mess.”

“The house and property were exactly what we were looking for. Private, but close enough to everything. House had everything you need for your stay. Would recommend. ”

“Excellent place, very comfortable, we had a great time during my birthday week, I would rent it again in the future, good view, very good area.”

“ Immaculate home on a quiet country lane. Each morning you could watch the deer in the field across the road. I wish we could have spent more time there but our visit was for a family reunion just down the road. As shown in the photos there is a beautiful backyard with firepit and hot tub. Oakland and Deep Creek Lake is nearby and less than an hour away is Blackwater Falls, WV and the quirky towns of Thomas and Davis. Don't miss the music at The Purple Fiddle! There are at least three breweries……
