“Great house for family wedding in Emigrant and side trip to Yellowstone. Lovely view and fantastic kitchen and deck. House was very clean and communication with property manager was great. 30 minutes to north entrance to Yellowstone. Get groceries in Livingston or Bozeman before arriving to property as there isn’t anything around. Small general store nearby for essential. Would stay here again. Everyone in our party loved the house, ”

“We rented this condo to celebrate my niece graduating with her doctorates in OT. It was the perfect spot. Easy access to Yellowstone Hot springs and Livingston, quiet and clean. Bernie was great at communicating with us when we had questions. ”

“Great place to stay. Easy to work with. I felt listing could have been a bit more clear about the surroundings/shared property. I thought this was a stand alone house and it was not. Multiple floors with other guests. Also campers blocking view to the river. But still a clean, great place we would stay again. ”

“Nice comfortable place with lots of room, and great outdoor grill/kitchen area. Grill knobs need replaced but still work once you figure them out. Overall, really great stay!”
