“We absolutely loved our stay at Ziggy’s Hideaway! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The cabin is beautifully decorated—cozy, clean, and full of “bear” charm—and the surrounding property is simply stunning. It was the perfect peaceful escape surrounded by the tall pines. We loved being able to sit on the porch to relax. We saw so many beautiful birds, some wild horses, and even a bear across the road behind the barbed-wire fence on the reservation!One of the biggest highlights for us……

“What a gem!! So incredibly happy to have found this place and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves for 2 evenings as well. We came in for the weekend to leave Monday although ended up staying another evening. The lake view is perfect, the cottage was divine and quite large for $$. “Charming place, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The beautiful jacuzzi was wonderful. My only suggestion would be that having to wash the towels would have added an extra hour delay to our departure time. Robert was kind enough to let us leave before the wash was done. I think the laundry is something best done by the host. I had a 5 star casita in Taos, and I would never have asked my guests to do the laundry! We loved the place however, and have booked it twice again. ……
