“We loved our stay. This house and the owner Linda made us feel right at home. The house had everything that we needed and was so comfortable. Linda was fantastic to work with and made the whole stay smooth. We hope to stay again next time we are in Ava.”

“We were only staying in the area for one night as we were passing through but would have been very comfortable for a longer time! LaVese was so kind and easy to work with. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, bedding, and kitchen provisions. Plenty of K cups and water bottles, too. The cabin is right on the main road through Theodosia and easy to find. We could have walked to dinner at the Mexican restaurant if it hadn't been as late as it was! Would……

“We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!”
