“Great location, was very clean, had everything one needed, a comfortable stay. ”

“Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.”

“I just had an amazing few days staging at Elegance in the Heights. At first I was struggling to gain entry but that was likely more related to the sub zero temps and my hands not working properly. Brian was quickly on the spot with his friendly and helpful demeanor. I was immediately warmed by the immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home away from home that was mine for the next few days. The fireplace quickly became my most favorite thing. The snow outside didn't seem so bad with……
