An open floor plan encompasses a kitchen, dining, and other gathering spaces all adjacent to a large bath with a small stackable washer and dryer. A large bedroom area with two separate areas for a sleeping house 3 queen beds and a private bathing area.
Enjoy the sun and all that Silver Lake has to offer as across the street and just a few cottages down is a 45' Silver Lake front sandy beach access called “Happy Acres”.
This almost 2-acre parcel of land has a large tennis court for tennis or pickleball.
A pull-through drive and another rear-drive offer ample parking for the many guests.
Silver Lake has high towering sand dunes, beautiful Silver Lake, Lake Michigan sandy beaches, Craigs Cruiser Dune Scooters, Little Point Sable Lighthouse and so much more.
Weekly reservations are for 6-7 days and ending day is on a Friday. So check in can be either Friday or Saturday, but checkout is on a Friday.
