"Actually, staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I've traveled all around the world, which forced me to leave the hotel after one day and didn't complete the second paid day for the following reasons:
1. It took a whole hour standing in the hotel reception line just to register and check-in.
2. The staff are extremely exhausted from the workload with not enough staff to match the number of guests.
3. I booked a suite, and in this hotel's concept, a suite is two separate rooms, one is a living room and the other is a bedroom... So, you can't really benefit from staying in a suite, it would have been better if they didn't have suites at all.
4. The bathroom design is very poor, causing water from the shower to stay in the bathroom and sometimes flood into the rooms.
5. The breakfast is not of high quality, and setting up the tables for guests is slow.
6. The parking is full, and outside the hotel, there are no parking spots, so you're always forced to stay in the car searching for a spot.
7. You don't feel that the hotel staff are well-trained, you don't find an answer from one staff member and they send you to another, and so on... Of course, the staff needs training.
8. Luggage drop-off and pickup is very slow.
9. There are some staff members like Sultan and Shaykha, and some hotel staff who have the willingness to help, but you can't give what you don't have."
