“We booked this for a weekend visit for our daughter to the U of Iowa campus. Perfect location just off campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also loved the dog friendly atmosphere and proximity to a great dog park. Great place to stay while visiting your college kiddo or just wanting to get away. ”

“This was a perfect property to meet up with family for a celebration. The kitchen is very well stocked with basic spices, oil, coffee and filters. The back deck with BBQ grill and table and chairs was very nice. The couches are comfortable and very nice bathrooms. Being able to park in a garage was a nice bonus!
