“We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean, looks like a fresh reno. Kitchen was well thought out, everything in working order. House felt spacious for 2 couples. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We hooked bc we brought a small sailboat which we put right into the water easily. Had fun sailing, sitting on the dock, floating in our tubes, swimming. Small private road with houses close together but it was super quiet both at the house and on the water. Was concerned that staying right next to……

“We were blessed to have a wonderful week at this lovely lakehouse! The pictures do not do it justice. Although the inside is on the smaller side, it is very tastefully appointed, cozy, and has everything you need for a week's stay away. The thought the owners put into the design, the quality of products, and a huge help....the organization of everything, is outstanding! The location is everything! We spent most of our time on the deck ,which feels as if it's actually over the water; providing……

“Right on the lake with multiple areas for viewing. The lake is crystal clear and shallow past the dock. Our host, Pam, was very responsive. The house was spotless and well-appointed. Thank goodness for the trolly to bring bags down from the parking area!! There are 50 steps from the car to the house. No washer dryer and you must bring drinking water. One bedroom is in the basement. It was a very comfortable stay and my kids and grandkids enjoyed the kayaks!”

“The moment I spied the inviting bronze fox door knocker on the orange door, I knew Michelle has created a unique space in which to unwind & be. I loved the beautiful wood countertop, the warm octagonal ceiling, the vintage clawtooth tub, the life affirming greenhouse window, Matisse's "Joy of Life" on the wall, the colorful birds on the curtains, & the natural light that abounds through windows and/or doors on 6 sides of the Octagon. “Property and house were a great for us and our dog. Good location to the vineyards on the western side of Seneca lake. ”

“The property is exactly as pictured. Its cute comfortable and super cozy. It feels like a little rustic oasis. It was exacy what we were looking for a nice place to enjoy eachothers company have long nights of catching up and unwinding in the hot tub and sitting on the he front porch. Comfortable seating space to relax in the morning before we headed out for the day. We opted to spend our days in Ithaca just 30 minutes a way with all of the shops and restaurants you could ask for.
