“入住Club級無冷氣房, 由下午投訴許多次至晚上, 都沒處理, 晚上九時後要求酒店換房, 換了房再等冷氣, 還是Sauna房, 還要求住客降級住同是冷氣不足的房間, 事因網上付款價格底, 經爭取, 到23:30才肯把同級有冷氣的吉房供給, 由中午入住酒店到晚上要花一整天才可得到應得的房間, 有正常的房間留存, 不知這是酒店嗎? 告知住房為非吸煙房, 但房內安放煙灰缸?”
