“The property is one of best available given the budget range. The rooms are decently spaced, kempt, and they also provide you with a balcony. The location is good, as it is very close to the Millennium City Centre metro station, easily accessible and at the same time quiet and away from the hustle bustle. “It was my worst hotel stay ever. I never write a bad review, but I am making my 1st ever exception for this hotel. Here are the reasons why: 1. I booked a room with 2 king size beds, as mentioned on the website, but the staff said that the room doesn't exist. 2. The suite that was given to us in lieu of the room we had booked was the only suite, and it had mold everywhere, lighting was depressing, no fridge and leaking washbasin. 3. “This definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It's a decent place to stay for the price. I would not say it's squeaky clean but it's average. To me it felt like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are small and the beddings were not nicely made. The bathroom floor had some dirt on the floor.”

“Decent apartments but poorly managed and few amenities. We reached the property address as per the booking but were told to go to a different location. Cutlery was limited and old. No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. ”
