“We were looking for a place to stay that would be quiet and away from the summer crowds/traffic for some needed downtime, while at the same time be close enough to the more touristy areas for some day trips should we want a change of pace. Luckily, we found Ida and Rudy's place in Milbridge and it was perfect. Quiet, clean, and relaxing in a beautiful setting, yet only a little over an hour's drive to Bar Harbor and the wonderful Acadia National Park. Another plus of this place is that the house……

“My communications with the property owners were outstanding. The room was sweet,comfortable...and CLEAN. And for me a huge selling point is that they allow dogs... yet it was such a clean room. The environment in the neighborhood felt just like that... a neighborhood, people were friendly and outgoing. I loved my stay!”
