I stayed at this hotel for 4 days recently. During the afternoon of my second day, the air conditioning broke and was dowm for a few hours. The temperature in the room became unbearable. When I checked out, I asked the front desk receptionist if they could do anything about this inconvenience, like comp one of my lunches or something. He informed me that the person who "handles that" was not on duty and I would have to reach out later after returning home. As such, when I got back home, I sent a message to the hotel explaining the situation. I heard nothing in response. So I watied a few days and followed up on my initial request to speak to someone. Again, nothing. So I waited another few days and reached out for a third time. Again, nothing, Their total disregard for a guest's feelings is astonishing. It's like as soon as I checked out they cannot get any more revenue from me so they do not care. I would not stay at this hotel if you want a hotel that is responsive to its guest's needs.
