This hotel is in a great location, close to nice restaurants and right in front of ‘Segundo Parque de Laureles.’ While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from more attention to detail.Firstly, the room I stayed in had damaged floor panels caused by water from the sink. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a microwave and coffee machine, which are standard in most 4-star hotels. Another disappointing feature is that the pool is only accessible for a fee and requires a reservation, which is absurd for a facility meant for guests.
The rooftop has three workout machines, but they barely function. There’s also a jacuzzi, but this is my second stay in two years, and I’ve yet to see it in working order. The hotel has a lot of empty spaces on the first two floors and the rooftop, which could be utilized better. For instance, they could add more workout machines or turn the rooftop into a bar or lounge area for guests to relax. Some staff members are not very friendly, as noted by other reviews as well. The breakfast is decent, with plenty of options, but overall, the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star property. Considering the price, you’re better off staying at another nearby hotel. For example, the new Urbit Social Lofts nearby is lovely, with super friendly staff. Although it’s still under construction, it promises to have a fantastic rooftop soon.In summary, this hotel should either improve its amenities and services or downgrade to a 3-star rating.
