It was a good hotel. But, twice after we checked in, a staff walked in to the room while we were resting. The room I guess wasn't completely ready because one of them brought us a missing towel. The number of shampoos & conditioners were few but we asked for more and they brought us. Be aware, they didn't explain that the coffee in the room wasn't included in the price and tried to charge us when we were checking out. But, they waived it when I said nobody explained this to us. Any drink or food at the hotel is extremely overpriced to food outside the hotel. We were gold member of Expedia but the only perk they offered out of all the perks was one free soda/coffee per person, not the room upgrade or the late checkout. The manager of the kitchen was the only geniunly nice person, the rest were just nice for tips
