Full studio apartment, kitchen, bath & parking.

This is a studio apartment with a comfy king bed, ground level, in a 4-unit historic building. Private entrance. Laundry room is located in basement and is shared.

Car, Uber or Lyft & within walking distance to downtown

This is a 500 sqft compact studio apartment. The kitchen & bathroom are narrow.

This is a downstairs apartment. There are two apartments upstairs and 2 downstairs. Sometimes noise can travel but we provide earplugs and have strict quiet time hours.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.

This was a quick overnight stay on our way to Arizona. Just the right amenities, small but cozy, comfortable bed, easy access to freeway. Would stay here again.

This cozy 1-bedroom was perfect for what we needed pre- and post-race. We arrived into town late for our race the next morning. The check in process was smooth, communication was great, and we were able to arrange a late checkout which was quite appreciated so that we could shower after our runs. The kitchen had what we needed (stove, microwave, good-size fridge), bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was also appropriately stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash with good towels. Everything was clean. Decor was cute. Location was a quick less than half mile walk to the race. Parking is in an alley but immediately adjacent to the unit. Directions on how to access the alley were appreciated. Overall an excellent stay and perfect for our marathon needs!

Stayed here on my road trip and just was in for a quick overnight but was enjoyable, the unit was clean and nicely appointed. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Thanks CB

The place was perfect for 1-2 people with a kitchenette that was functional and a super cozy bed and leather chair in which to relax. Also the outdoor patio was a nice addition! The hosts were very communicative and considerate of guests’ needs. We will definitely book again.
