I recently stayed at your La Quinta Central Point location. During my stay, our check in process was very smooth and easy, but once we got to our room we were having difficulty with our keys, we had to get multiple keys remade throughout our stay due to the door not unlocking. In the room we found dents in the walls, the room had a nasty smell, and the room was picked up but not clean. We also found animal poop on the ground and on one of the chair legs, there was dust everywhere, and the windows were dirty I went to the front desk and told them about my concerns, and they did not offer me a different room, they just told us we would have to wait to get our room cleaned untill the following day. The employee on duty didn’t see a problem with us staying in a room that was dirty, and once the cleaning lady did come she cleaned the room but did not clean the dog poop off the chair and when we brought it to the front desk’s attention once again, she told me that I would need to talk to the cleaning lady/crew because the cleaning lady didn’t speak English and she had no way to communicate with her staff, we stayed for a weekend, and it was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would.
