This pet and family friendly home is centrally located to all things Medford, only blocks from shopping, restaurants, and Providence Medical Center. 7 minute drive to the Medford Airport, 20 minutes to Ashland, 30 to Grants Pass.

A classic mid century ranch home, this house has a full kitchen, spacious living area, separate dining area, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

More amenities include a fenced yard, laundry machines, 2 car garage, and ample driveway parking. Please note that part of the backyard is inaccessible due ongoing construction.

Spacious!

Enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of space for the entire family and pets. Close to everything in town. We had some issues with the microwave since it kept locking us out and you have to unlug it to get it to open again. Shower was on timer and shot ice cold water with no warning. The backyard has thorny twigs which I had to pull out of my dogs paw. Those are some things that could use some improvements.
