“We enjoyed our stay! It was exactly as advertised, easy to get to and right by the college. I enjoyed the fact it had a Kurig and coffee for us. We brought our two golden pups and there was even a little yard for them to play in. Andrew was a great host and communicated all the property details well! Would highly recommend and stay again. Loved the side wall shaving mirror in the bathroom...and vintage Wyoming posters! Cool touches. Thanks Andrew! We are hopefully closing a deal for an apartment……

“The property was very nice. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that our pup was able to stay. Alysha was extremely punctual with responding to us. We were even allowed a later checkout. Overall, it was a great choice for us and we would definitely stay again if we end up in Laramie again. ”

“Our stay was really enjoyable! The home had all the comforts for a small family and a great kitchen setup for cooking meals. Our son loved all the wildlife that visited, especially the elk! Would highly recommend this rental home for families. Our host was very responsive and respectful. Perks of the rental included unlimited Mustang Mountain roller coaster passes (x4) and, of course, the hot tub for the cooler evenings and early mornings. Proximity to the park was perfect. ”

“This property is very nice. Violet corresponds quickly and the house is well equiped. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking in the park, and you cant get much closer to the enterance of the park without camping. Would highly recommend.”

“This house was perfect. Our family came out to Eates to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was less than a 10min drive from the gates. The house was in a great, central location and was exactly what we were looking for. Our place was clean and the pictures matched to real life. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond and to help with local questions. We would stay here again. ”
