The apartment was on 2nd floor with no other accessibility if you have a handicap. There was a trail of dog poop smudged on metal steps where someone stepped into and used stairs to clean their shoes. I looked at the email originally sent me for a phone number and there wasn't any. However, calls and texts were responded too.The temperature dropped to 8 degrees and the heating system could not keep up so the manager provided a space heater.
